Free shipping is offered on Standard Shipping (Canada) on orders over $99!
Free shipping is offered on Standard Shipping (USA) on orders over $150!
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 5-7 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian Holidays. Please note, shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.
Once a package is picked up and scanned into the carrier's system, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; please reach out to the carrier directly for missing or stolen packages.
Free local pick up in Markham, Ontario is available. Once you receive your pickup confirmation email, we will contact you on Instagram DM or on text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when arranging pickup or delivery.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
We will provide a delivery quote via email (please check your spam/junk folder). $25.00 flat rate applies to all addresses within GTA. Orders will arrive between 12:00PM-6:00PM. Please ensure someone is home OR provide us with a safe area to drop off.
Jadorerosebear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
All packages are shipped out of our New York City studio. International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
